How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to inquiries and deliver services:
When you contact us or request an audit, we use your information to respond to your message, deliver the free audit we’ve promised, and — if you become a client — to manage the SEO, web design, or advertising services you’ve hired us for.

Aggregated analytics data helps us understand which pages are most useful, where visitors drop off, and how to make the site clearer and more helpful for Newport Beach and Orange County businesses evaluating our services.
To communicate with active clients:
If you’re a current client, we use your contact information to send monthly reporting, strategy updates, and any communications directly related to the services we’re managing for you.
To comply with legal obligations:
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a government request.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
We may share your information with the following categories of service providers, only to the extent necessary to operate our business:
Hosting and infrastructure:
Our website is hosted on servers provided by third-party hosting companies. These providers may have access to log data as part of normal operations. They are contractually obligated not to use that data for their own purposes.
Analytics:
We use Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) to analyze aggregate website traffic. Google may process this data in accordance with their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through our standard analytics setup.

For active client engagements, we may use project management or reporting tools. Any client data used in these tools is subject to those platforms’ privacy policies and is never shared with other clients or third parties.
Legal requirements:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prescott Digital, our clients, or others.
