Payments and Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All service fees must be paid in advance.
  • Ongoing monthly services renew automatically unless canceled with at least 15 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed work, partial periods, or unused services once work has commenced.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality and Access to Accounts

Clients may be required to grant NewportDigital.ai access to digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, analytics tools, websites). We will:

Use such access only for purposes related to the project.

Treat all credentials and data with strict confidentiality.

Intellectual Property Rights
